It’s was great to start and all during the process of finding a house. But once we went under contract and needed guidance and support Greg kind of failed us and seemed to be more focused on closing the deal then making sure things were right and we were happy. We ended up closing with several projects left unfinished from the sellers contractor. That we had expressed a strong interest in being done.

Hoffer was great. He showed me several properties in one weekend. We put an offer in and closed in about 15 days. Would recommend to family or friends. Easy going style but professional and knowledgeable.
