Hoffer did a great job putting us in our first home. Our neighbors are so friendly and our house has great bones. So much so that some of the contracting work we hired has been surprised how well our home was taken care of. Of course there are things that will come up that need to be fixed but he and the team were very upfront about everything. He also has a ton of connections to help in the process after offering that made things much easier. Willing to even help you seat a toilet for the first time, see homes at 7PM on a Tuesday night, or even grab some much needed Italian food in between home searching. Worth reaching out to!

It’s was great to start and all during the process of finding a house. But once we went under contract and needed guidance and support Greg kind of failed us and seemed to be more focused on closing the deal then making sure things were right and we were happy. We ended up closing with several projects left unfinished from the sellers contractor. That we had expressed a strong interest in being done.
